How it works
Choose a product and type your engraving, or send us a PDF, SVG, AI or DXF and we'll set it up.
A person checks every file and sends you a visual proof before the laser touches the material.
Collect from the studio the same day, or we post it tracked across the UK.
One workshop,
one pair of eyes
on every job
We're a small East London workshop, not a print farm. Every file gets checked, every material gets a test pass, and if your artwork won't engrave well we'll tell you before you pay.

Questions
Vectors are best — PDF, SVG, AI, EPS or DXF, with text converted to outlines. For engraving we also take high-resolution PNG or JPG. Send a phone photo of a sketch and we'll redraw it for £15.
Yes, on stocked materials with print-ready artwork, ordered before 11am on a weekday. There's a £15 rush fee. Collection from 5pm, or same-evening courier inside the M25.
Often, yes — wooden boxes, leather goods, bamboo utensils and anodised metal all mark well. We'll ask for a photo first, and we can't accept anything PVC, vinyl, polycarbonate or of unknown plastic content.
None. One keyring is as welcome as five hundred. Unit prices drop from 10 pieces, and again at 50 and 250.
On custom work, always — a visual proof by email that you approve before we run it. On standard products with typed text, only if you ask for one.
If we mis-set it, we remake it free and cover the postage. Personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind, so please check spelling carefully — we engrave exactly what you type.
