Delivery

Standard tracked UK delivery is £10.95, and free on orders over £50. It usually arrives 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Express tracked delivery is £15.95 and usually arrives within 1–2 business days. Both options are shown at checkout.

Collection from the studio is free. Order by 11am on a weekday and stocked items are usually ready from 5pm the same day — we'll email you when it's ready rather than leaving you to guess.

Same-day courier inside the M25 is available for a £15 rush fee, arranged by arrangement rather than automatically at checkout.

Stocked products with typed personalisation are usually made and dispatched within one working day.

Custom work begins once you've approved the visual proof we email you. The turnaround you selected starts from your approval, not from the order — because we can't cut anything until you've confirmed it's right.

We don't dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays.

We're responsible for your order until it's delivered to you. If tracking shows a problem, or nothing has arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we'll chase the carrier, then replace or refund.

Please check the delivery address before ordering. We can't recover a parcel sent to an address you've entered incorrectly, though we'll always try.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you want something sent elsewhere, email us and we'll quote for it individually.
